What to expect about our Certified Closing Process:
Your file is given to one of our processors who will input the vital data into our system. Then we will reach out to you to introduce our selves and offer any assistance along the way.
The buyer wires an earnest money deposit into our secured Escrow account. This money gets Credited to you at closing on the settlement statement.
During the process lien searches will be done. Payoffs will be ordered and processed. Surveys, and estoppels will be ordered as well. Once results are received it will be reviewed by all parties.
The Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) is sent to the buyer with disclosure of settlement costs.
The closing is then scheduled with all parties. The paperwork will then be signed by the buyers and sellers.
Keys are handed over to the new happy owners. The sellers are wired their secured funds.
